Generic Narrow Electric Door Strike - 12VDC Fail-Secure

Upgrade your conventional door locks to keyless entry electronic access. These new electric door strikes are suitable for narrower doors, and are now available in either fail-secure or fail-safe models. What's the difference you might ask? A fail secure door strike will keep a door locked shut in the event of a power failure. Conversely, fail safe door strikes keep doors unlocked in the event of a power failure. So choosing between the two depends on whether your priority is internal security or exit safety in case of emergency. These electric door strikes complement our range of RFID controls for card or fingerprint access, or they can also be paired with one of our intercoms or video doorphones to create a convenient remote door access system.
