Redback 5W PA Speaker - 100V, 8" (200mm), EWIS w. Cover

These 100V line PAspeakers have become the speaker of choice for many major PA contractors and consultants Australia wide. The speaker units have been engineered to meet the demanding requirements as outlined in Australian Standard AS2220. All models come standard with patented transformer safety cover and cable restraint mechanisms as demanded by AS2220. Apart from meeting these requirements, the cover also eliminates the possibility of short circuits occurring from contact with the likes of airconditioning ducts. Competitors products do not include these features! The transformers are wound on professional grade grain oriented steel cores for extended frequency response. The speaker drivers have been chosen for optimum frequency response and efficiency for BGM, paging and EWIS applications.

This model is fitted with 4 way wire protect terminal block & 22µF bipolar capacitor to meet AS2220.1.
